Review Contract

If you choose South Metro Home Inspections to complete your home inspection, I will need a signed contract from you prior to the beginning of the inspection. Clients who are unable to personally meet with me prior to the inspection may print this contract and then sign and fax the document to 952-758-5518. For clients who will be present on the day of the inspection, I will have a prepared contract with all of your personal information prepared for you to sign at the inspection site.
